In the beginning things went well and the drywall repair was done well but we also had several other repairs planned. We had dates scheduled but then Flavio told us he got bit by a rat, then that his son was in the hospital and he couldn’t come but then 2 days later was working on our neighbors house and then got COVID and a couple times his crew called off and then the final time he was supposed to come he was in Wisconsin. So I had to hire someone else. He owes me $950 for pre-payment and told me he’d send a check on 11/13/25 but I never got it or heard from him since.

I never leave reviews but my experience with Rapid Remodeling LLC and the owner, Flavio, has been exceptional. If the system would have allowed me to leave more than 5 stars, I would have! I had a very challenging roof job and a tight budget. Flavio reponded immediately, listened to my needs, took into consideration my budget and did such a fantastic high quality job that when he sent me pictures of my roof while I was at work I honestly at first didnt even believe it was my house. Seriously. He is very honest, kind and will never upsell you. He will deliver excellent results based on what you need and want. He goes to all his jobs and is always accessible. I have asked him to work on siding on one side of the house and will definitely have him back for work inside the house. Hire him! Youļl be glad you did!
