Brandon C. says, "I'm relieved I chose Feazel for this project. Once the crew pulled the window out, we immediately saw the framing had to be reinforced. It wasn't any type of upsell, I saw the issues with my own eyes. I thought I'd have to call a framing company then figure out how to cover the window hole since we could not safely put the window back in. It turns out the installer worked as a framer for years. He was able do all the framing then install the new window same day. On top of this lucky break, the new window and siding matched my 10+ year old windows and siding perfectly. The icing on the cake was that the price adjustment for cutting, measuring and installing the 5 8ft 2x4's and sheet of drywall was minimal. They could have skyrocketed the price on me because I had no other option. However, they were honest, fair and professional during the whole fiasco. They've exceeded my expectations and I'll absolutely use them again in the future. They also showed up on time, used tarps throughout the house and even vacuumed everywhere they walked once they were done. The house was cleaner than when they started."See more
