FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your Insurance Company is motivated to create an estimate based on the obvious roof and exterior damages. They will meet the minimum requirements of your policy, but not necessarily what it will take to replace your exteriors to meet municipal codes, or to ensure that proper installation specs are upheld. Our team of experts are motivated to maximize the insurance coverage of your exteriors, including upgrades, that you are entitled to under your policy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will usually chat by phone or thumbtack messages to Schedule an appointment to inspect/estimate the roof, explain warranties and materials right on the spot. We will provide a verbal estimate on the spot and a written estimate the same day, we also assist with all details of insurance claims and will be there when your adjuster comes out to inspect the damages on your roof.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked a lot as a journey man roofer in Local 30 Roofers Union on different types of roofs: residential and commercial. Asphalt shingles, asphalt rolled roofing, real slate, metal, tiles, pavers with elevated pedestal system, flat TPO, PVC, EPDM, EPDM Fleeceback, toughest one is HOT Tar Roofs. I spent a lot of training hours with top experienced roofers. We are constantly training on new materials and procedures from Atlas, Certainteed, GAF, Owens Corning, GACO, Boral, and other industry leaders.
