Carolyn is a permanent Master Nationally Certified Music teacher with 45+ years of teaching, performing & adjudicating events and competitions. She adjudicates for Minnesota Music Teachers Association Piano, Ensemble, Contest and Theory exams. Carolyn holds a Master's Degree in Piano Performance and Pedagogy. Carolyn has performed for many events and has released a CD.

Carolyn is a wonderful piano teacher. My daughter started with Carolyn 2 months ago and absolutely loves her. She has innovative programs that engage the students in learning music in addition to offering traditional lessons.

Carolyn has been very responsive and professional throughout this process. In spite of having many other piano instructors on your list, she was one of only three who responded. She also did so in a way that was respectful of my individual situation and I feel like I'm getting my particular needs addressed. I'm just having my second lesson with her tomorrow, but so far am very pleased.

My daughters have been taking lessons with Miss Carolyn for 4 years and we couldn't be happier! She does such a wonderful job of helping them not only learn how to play, but understand the music they are playing through theory. This is an invaluable gift. She uses creative methods to motivate the children and offers two recitals per year which is always a highlight for the kids to show off their hard work!

Carolyn started lessons with my 5 year old daughter this past fall and my daughter (and us) are loving it! My daughter has learned and memorized songs and is confident to share with anyone that will listen. Carolyn is patient, encouraging and flexible. Our daughter is learning hand position, writing and reading music from different age appropriate tools. We are happy we found her and excited to continue working with her!

My 5-year old son has been taking lessons with Carolyn for about 5 months now. She genuinely takes interest in his progress and he enjoys the class. Though my son was not interested at the start his interest has grown over time.
As a parent with a young child I have to follow up diligently at home. It might be helpful to provide resources for me so I can help him. If I didn't have a musical background it would be very difficult.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Tuition is based on 12 equal payments of $130 a month.All lessons, books, group lessons, awards and incentives, use of extensive music library and music enhancement programs, recitals and performances are included.
