Alex was able to come out on a Saturday afternoon within 45 minutes. I had made a fix earlier in the day to my dryer and didn't think it was working, but by the time Alex arrived, everything was fine. He still checked the dryer out and said everything was good to go. Friendly, responsive, reasonable rates. We'll definitely use him again.
