Bob was an excellent professional who understands what to look for and quick enough to identify root cause. He also took the initiative and accountability to get the parts, install, and test. He finished it in less than 3 hours including getting the parts. Because of him we did not have to wait for a week to get it fixed. Now, I have a professional I trust and recommend without any 2nd thoughts.
