After some initial missteps, I have been very happy with Justin and the service he has provided so far, having repaired the main problem for which I had hired him. He also diagnosed a problem with the dryer door switch, which he is in the process of repairing as well. Justin was great! He was able to come out the same day to service our dishwasher and took the time to explain what was wrong with it. He also said he can come back and fix anything right away if needed. The dishwasher is running better than it ever has!
