- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is flat rate so the customer isn't stuck paying a highly hourly rate for a labor intensive job. $80 for the initial service call. If hired to complete the job, the $80 is waived and the customer is billed a flat rate of $200, plus the cost of parts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Intoduction, gathering details about the service needed and setting up a first appointment based upon the customers schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the biomedical field for 7 years. I am factory certified to repair oxygen concentrators and ventilators. The skills are all transferable to my focus on appliance repair and maintenance.
