Justin went above and beyond to not only get my dryer up and running but vacuumed/cleaned the dryer which appears to never have been done (we bought the home less than a year ago, so still trying to figure out all the kinks left from the previous owner). He also provided me educational info about the dryer and dishwasher as far as products to use (and stay away from) even with the washer (which was not the issue, it was just an fyi from his experience, which I greatly appreciated because it was not in a condescending way- just a “hey this is what I’ve seen cause issues with appliances take or leave the advice” type of FYI. I will for sure use
