- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Turbo charges $90 for the service call, which is waived if we are hired! Our company also offers military and senior discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive a job request, Turbo will give you a call to verify all the needed information in order to schedule the diagnostic. After thorough diagnosis, one of our technicians will explain the issue to you and let you know what exactly needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified and insured! Our studies did not end after college classes, we strive to be the best and understand what it takes, that’s why we are always attending new courses and study sessions, as well as practice our skills on appliances we buy solely for learning reasons!
