Al with Turbo was excellent. He responded quickly and came the day after I inquired with Turbo for the job. He was punctual, and fixed the refrigerator water spout. He cleaned up the job and he explained what the problem was. I would definitely hire him again.

What I appreciate is the HONESTY: we found out it's not worth the repair right now so we have time to save for a new dishwasher. I will absolutely call them for installation for the new dishwasher when that time comes!

This was my first experience with Al. He was very professional, responsive, and honest. I had a broken control board in my fridge, and it was at the tipping point of it possibly being replaced vs. repaired. He made the recommendation to replace the board with a certified used part to save money. He was quick to make the initial service call and also installed the part the same day it arrived. Furthermore, he noticed I had some other GE appliances and made some recommendations on long-term care for them.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once Turbo receives a job request, I will give you a call to verify all the needed information in order to schedule the diagnostic. After thorough diagnosis, I will explain the issue to you and let you know what exactly needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am EPA certified to perform work on your appliances! My studies did not end after receiving this certificate and I strive to be the best and understand what it takes, that’s why I am constantly learning new skills. This is incredibly important, as new appliances get more complicated with constantly improved technologies!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with everybody, customers’ happiness is extremely important to me here at Turbo. This is why I commit to any job, big or small, with my utmost effort and dedication.
