What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Architectural design fees are based on each individual project and the level of service appropriate. Each project is different, some require more time, some require less. Together with the client we define the scope of work and provide a fee proposal and expectation of deliverables based on the project goals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with an in-person, no-commitment meeting. Together, we discuss goals, budget, and timeframe, walking through any questions you may have. We’ll review next steps and what you can expect from cb-architecture. Upon agreement to move forward, we will provide you with a formal outline of the project scope, proposed design approach/phases, and associated fees.
