- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I get re-certified every year in personal and defense training. I take at least two CEU classes a year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to help people become more confident. I was not a big kid. I was bullied as a child and turned to lifting weights to gain confidence.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Preparing their workout plan, diets, and stretching.
