I will start with I was happy with the outcome. The carpet is clean and looks great, I wish I had done it sooner. A few things I would change is that they added more cost after seeing my house. And I wasn't informed that they would need access to my bathroom and a tub. Also, they used my vacuum instead of bringing their own.
