At C&J Services, we believe in honest, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or surprise charges. Our rates are straightforward, and every job is priced based on the areas being cleaned, not vague “starting prices.” We also offer veteran and senior discounts as a thank-you to those who have served and supported our community. You’ll always know your cost before we begin, and we stand behind the quality of every service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start by asking a few simple questions to understand their cleaning needs, areas to be cleaned, problem spots, and any concerns they may have. From there, we provide an upfront estimate with no hidden fees. On the day of service, we arrive on time, walk through the home with you, and explain our process so you know exactly what to expect. After completing the work, we do a final walkthrough to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. We believe in clear communication, honest pricing, and delivering results you can see and feel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the cleaning industry since 1999, with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning, and dryer vent cleaning. Over the years, I’ve trained directly under seasoned technicians, worked with industry-leading equipment, and continually stay updated on the latest cleaning methods, chemistry, and safety standards. I’ve also trained my team personally to ensure every technician follows the same high-quality process I’ve built my business on thorough, safe, and results-driven cleaning every time.
