Introduction: We cater flavorful dishes from appetizers, soups and salads to full-course meals, with exceptional cuisine artistry. We are proud to be an all-occasion licensed catering company serving Minneapolis/St. Paul and its surrounding areas. We use only the freshest ingredients and a variety of authentic flavors in our menus. Our food can be described as a comfort American fusion food with Afro/Caribbean inspiration. I graduated at the top of my class at Le Cordon Bleu, and I would enjoy the privilege to create a menu and cook for you at your home for any private and intimate events or your large social events. I have a staff that is composed of well-experienced, talented and inventive cooks, including a wait staff who are always attentive to your needs and always ready to serve you.
