Mauer Enterprises exceeded all my expectations when I contacted Cliff re the failure of my computer’s hard drive. I dropped off my computer late Wednesday afternoon to have the new hard drive installed and to have the old hard drive cloned to the new. He delivered it Friday morning and waited while I connected it to check it out. What a delight! All the files and folders exactly where they had been on the old drive. Computer is working perfectly and I’m happy as a clam. Fast service at a very reasonable price that included pickup and delivery! While I don’t like to experience the need for computer repairs, I do know that Mauer Enterprises will be my first call for help when I do.

Cliff picked up my laptop at my house, and even offered a loaner while he fixed it. He communicated well through text message and phone and delivered my computer back to my house when he was done. Time and cost were good.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I will call the customer to check if I need to make any special preparations to make their repair.. I then make an appointment with the customer and I arrive on time. I discuss the repair with the customer I prefer to take the equipment back to my lab to make the repair. It is always important to contact the customer periodically to keep them informed of how things are going. When the repair is complete I will make a delivery appointment with the customer. Again it is important to deliver on time. During the delivery, I go over what was repaired and what the guarantee is. Then the customer pays for the repair, and we say goodbye until the next time.
