- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call the customer to check if I need to make any special preparations to make their repair.. I then make an appointment with the customer and I arrive on time. I discuss the repair with the customer I prefer to take the equipment back to my lab to make the repair. It is always important to contact the customer periodically to keep them informed of how things are going. When the repair is complete I will make a delivery appointment with the customer. Again it is important to deliver on time. During the delivery, I go over what was repaired and what the guarantee is. Then the customer pays for the repair, and we say goodbye until the next time.
