Sina was very professional and listened to my concerns. He explained things so I could understand it right away. It only took a few days to get an appointment, mostly because he had to order parts. I will definately recommend him to everyone I know.

The plastic frame (LCD bezel) around my laptop screen broke making it impossible to close the laptop. RescueTECH was great at communicating what they needed to do, ordered the part and fixed it in a timely manner. They were great to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to others.
