I called RescueTECH and Sina was at my home within an hour to pick up my desktop. I didn't have to mess with cables and power cords, he took care of everything. He dropped off the desktop the next evening, took the time to explain to my son what he had done and what needs to be done to prevent a similar issue from occurring again. Outstanding service at a reasonable cost. He is definitely the first person I'd call for any computer issues.
