He came early to look at the venue, was really patient with all the family members requesting group photos and in fact managed to appease them all, found the best spots to take group photos, and also captured Kodak moments throughout the events. All the guests found him friendly, professional and approachable and by the end he was like one of our group. He communicated the plans ahead of time and promptly provided the pics after the event.
