I've only used them a couple of weeks but my dog seems less anxious and happier when I get home after getting her walk and some love from our walker Journey . She's been a great help with the empty nest transition. I have had no issues at all with Come Sit, Stay. Very happy we found them.Dec 14, 2016Verified
So glad we found come, sit, stay! Megan has been accommodating to our changing needs and is always responsive. Even covering last minute weekend walks! Our two dogs are happy and taken care of when we return from work and there's always an adorable note written describing the events of the visit :)May 3, 2016Verified
I think I just had bad luck/timing with my services. The owner herself came out for the consult, and she was extremely nice and friendly. After we talked, I decided on prepaying for 3 walks. During the first walk, it rained during the day, but not terribly bad. I received a text after the walker left stated she let my dog out to go to the bathroom, but then just "hung out" with him inside for the rest of the half hour. Kinda annoying since I was paying for him to go out and get some exercise, but it happens I guess (I use to be a field scientist and have a slightly hard time accepting that..). After the second walk I received a text from the walker stating that everything went great. When I got home, the walker was nice enough to bring in my paper. However, it appeared that someone had went through and read it. I asked the walker if she walked him this time or stayed inside. She stated she did walk him the whole time. When I asked about the paper, she stated she accidentally dropped it. So maybe it did happen that way. Im not sure. I cancelled my 3rd walk. I asked for a refund on October 3rd, 2013 and its now Oct 22nd. I still have yet to receive my refund.Oct 22, 2013VerifiedCome, Sit, Stay's reply
I'm sorry to hear this customer had a bad experience. I'm happy the customer found me, the owner of Come, Sit, Stay, to be friendly. In addition to conducting the consultation, I also personally provided walks for her dog and I would like to clarify the points made by this customer. 1. During my first walk with this client's dog it was raining heavily and I told the client verbatim after our walk, "[Dog Name] peed and pooped on our walk. It was rainy so we also played inside some of the time. He was very well behaved..". I was walking or actively playing ball with her dog during the full 30 minutes and at the time she did not complain and stated the use of our time as fine and she thanked me. 2. During the second walk it was also raining but not as hard. As a nice gesture I brought in the paper from the stoop. I dropped it while going down the stairs to her apartment and the paper became disheveled. Upon arriving home the client immediately accused me of neglecting her dog and instead reading the paper. As someone who takes pride in my work and building my company from scratch I was pretty offended. 3. In four years and over 200 clients this is the first refund I have had to issue. To be honest, it took me longer than it should have. However, the refund has already been issued to this client via my bank's bill pay (which adds another 9 to 12 days until delivery), prior to her posting this review. Other than some delay on the refund I would stand by my work with this client and am sorry she is misrepresenting the service my company provided and cannot trust the fact that I dropped her newspaper in an attempt to be kind. To all future clients, I would be happy to address any concerns the comments of this client may raise. Megan, Owner Come, Sit, Stay
5-day overnight pet sit of our two cats and dog plus midday dog walks. Our pets loved Megan and her staff. We received daily text updates with photos so we could tell how happy they were. No pet accidents inside the house either. Everything was well taken care of and the house was nice and tidy when we got back. Good price and well worth it for the peace of mind knowing our home and pets were being looked after every night we were away.Aug 29, 2013Verified
We used Come, Sit, Stay from the day we got Chewy, our 8wk wheaten terrier. Over the past 8 months Chewy has grown up with his dog walker Sara. In addition to feeding and walking, Sara would work on new tricks with Chewy. My wife, Chewy, and I really miss Sara. I wish Come, Sit, Stay would come to Plymouth.Oct 27, 2015Come, Sit, Stay's reply
Cory- Thank you for your review. We will also miss Chewy and you'll be the first to know if/when we expand our service area! -Megan, Owner
