Karlina's attention to detail puts our minds at ease when we are away. She is quick to notice something of concern and alerts us immediately. She asks questions when needed and takes notes of her own.

This was my first time working with Karlina. I was very impressed. The first time we met all of my kitties came out to meet her (bonus points). Two of my cats are pretty aloof. I'm slightly on the OCD side and she did everything just right. She kept in touch with texts and photos. If she had concerns she asked if this or that was normal. I knew my kitties were being taken care of. I will most definitely be calling on her again and referring others to her. Thanks Karlina.
