Breanna and her staff bent backwards to accommodate my short-notice request for service for a holiday week. All 3 staff that provided care won over the heart of timid Little One in no time flat None of my previous cat care providers have managed to do that, so finding 3 has been an unexpected bonus. Daily updates were concise and practical and photos were heartwarming and reassuring. Staff left the house in pitch perfect condition at the end of service.

We had a wonderful experience with Uptown Pet Pals. Breanna took excellent care of our pups, Leo and Isabel, and stayed overnight in our home many times while we traveled for work.She was always reliable, kind, and incredibly caring with our dogs. Knowing Breanna was with them gave us complete peace of mind whenever we were away. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To provide our pet care professionals with a livable wage we are unable to offer discounts at this time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a phone or video chat to talk and get to know each other a little better. That's when I get a better idea of how we can best provide dog walking or pet sitting services to clients and their fur babies.
Next, we get you set up in our client portal (the Time To Pet app) and add the visits to the schedule.
Then, we set up an in-person meeting with the pet care provider. This allows you and your family to get familiar with us and vice versa, to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident moving forward.
Finally, you will receive daily updates and pictures from your pet care provider. You will also be able to communicate with them directly in the app. All interactions are monitored by me (Breanna) to ensure that you are being provided with the highest quality pet care services possible :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire team of pet care providers has extensive experience caring for animals in both casual and professional settings.
I personally volunteered to care for animals for several years and have had pets my entire life.
I began working as a veterinary assistant in 2016 and since then I have worked as a vet tech as well as a veterinary clinic manager.
I founded Uptown Pet Pals in 2019, and have since gained a lot of knowledge, experience, and expertise from that as well.
