Alec was the best handy man that I have utilized over the years. He was very cordial, knowledgeable, and professional. I had asked him able replacing a pin for my vertical blinds. He was very open and transparent that he felt he didn't have the technical knowledge to do that for me, instead of trying to bungle through the job.
