Yoshi completed a safety inspection for our home. Yoshi did such a fantastic job explaining the ins and outs of our 1980's panel and older electrical wiring. He provided us with things we can tackle now and other items that we can complete in the future. I was impressed by his passion and electrical knowledge. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Harrison Electric, Inc provides upfront pricing, which means after our technician determines what solutions or options are they will be presented to you for your approval.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Two types of service: 1 repair service/small job 2 large job set for future work. Either way, we will send our one of our expert background checked, licensed electricians to help you out. Typically, our electrician will be driving a Warehouse on Wheels with parts and tools to take care of 93% of issues same day for service calls.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our electricians are Licensed Journeyworker Electricians who have extensive knowledge with a homes wiring, continual code updates ensure that our electricians are aware of the most recent code changes and we continue to update people with product and job specific support.
