We experienced a cancellation, but the general manager handled it well and came up with a satisfactory resolution. The maintenance contact Corey was thorough, explained everything clearly and in great detail, was easy to work with, and was very punctual. He also let me know that the dryer vent was in perfect condition and that no cleaning was necessary, which I really appreciated. Rather than recommending unnecessary work, he clearly demonstrated honesty and strong professional ethics. Overall, it was a positive experience despite the initial hiccup.
I heard back from LeBrun minutes after I contacted them via Thumbtack. Justin was at my house the next day, we went over some options, and he did the work right then and there. I had to replace some out-of-scope parts myself, and he answered my texted questions and helped me diagnose and fix that problem too. And it really wasn't overly expensive at all.

In order to ensure prompt and reliable assistance, we have a nominal $79 consultation charge that covers the cost of sending our expert technicians to your location. This charge enables us to maintain our high standards of service and respond quickly to your electrical & HVAC needs.
Rest assured that our dispatch charge is a one-time fee, and it includes a thorough evaluation of your electrical or HVAC issue. Should you proceed with an option provided at the time of visit, we will perform the work same day!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting from the first drop of communication, to the last, our goal is to ensure you feel welcome and comfortable when working with us.
The first conversation: we will get a thorough understanding of your home project, find a day/time that works best for your schedule, and schedule a consultation with one of our Service Experts.
Day of appointment: Our Service Expert will give you a call when he is en route to your location with an ETA.
Wanting a coffee while he is on the way? No Problem! Let them know!
After Consultation: Our Service Expert will create a handful of options for you that we can do for you and your family. They will walk you through each option, answer any questions you may have. After you give them the green light on one of the options provided, the Service Expert will start the work same day!
