- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront pricing, with no hidden fees, ever. To send out one of our drug-tested, licensed, certified, experienced electricians, we offer a $75 service call to assess the project. From there, we are prepared to start work within the same visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call us, you will talk to a real person. You can schedule a time online or call us. Upon scheduling an appointment with us, we send out one of our certified, licensed, insured, and drug-tested electricians to your home with our $75 service call. In addition to our 2-hour arrival window, you will receive a phone call when we are on our way. We provide you with upfront pricing and are equipped to start the work on the same visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our electricians are certified, licensed, insured, and drug-tested.
