Soren has been great. He helped to troubleshoot an issue, installed new outlets in our kitchen, and was kind enough to throw in the installation of a dimmer switch. He’s also quick to offer advice or technical information about electrical, which is valuable for homeowners, and he won’t hard sell you on additional work. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a walkthrough with the customer on site, come up with a plan for the project, and provide a detailed estimate for the completion of the work all before I leave the home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a class A Master Electrician, and a Licensed Electrical Contractor. Before apprenticeship, I completed an AAS degree in Construction Electricity. I spent the bulk of my apprenticeship re-wiring 19th century homes, and installing 100Amp and 200Amp services on existing homes.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been practicing home service electricity since 2019
