Hello! I'm Qaiser, AKA Shan. I've been in the photography and videography industry for over 10 years, working across four different countries. I've had the honor of capturing weddings that celebrate diverse cultures, religions, and genders.
I truly believe that every location has its own charm, and with the right perspective, it can look beautiful in photos. Each year, I photograph around 60 weddings and over 200 other types of shoots E.G Graduation, birthday, proposals, headshots, real state etc.
I’m a transparent and honest person, and I always strive to work within my clients' budgets while ensuring everything remains fair for both sides. I offer in-person meetings at my studio at Richfield MN, and for convenience, I’m also happy to connect over Zoom if preferred.

Qaiser coordinated the photoshoot, where Yulia was our photographer. Qaiser is very responsive and awesome to work with. We originally planned for an outdoor park elopement. He checked the weather in the morning and noticed that the forecast had changed and it was going to rain during our planned ceremony time, and then accommodated a quick pivot to a new location. Excellent communication throughout.
Yulia is a fantastic photographer. She showed up to the new location ahead of time, armed with a variety of lighting equipment, and worked with us to find the best place to hold the ceremony. I honestly think she made us look better than we do in person. We are so happy with the results.
Received our full package ahead of schedule along with a bonus edited video recording of the whole ceremony... something we didn't even know we wanted until Qaiser offered it!
Thank you S&L productions for creating these priceless memories for us... I am truly grateful that we went with this team.

From start to finish, Shan was professional, creative, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was perfect. every photo turned out absolutely stunning! He captured not only beautiful images, but the emotion and joy of the moments themselves. What really impressed us was how much extra effort he put in. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process in beginning a new coach/client relationship is to start with a 30 minute conversation. I offer this complimentary discount to each and every one of my prospective clients in order to ensure a good fit. This initial strategy session will help us get clear on what it is exactly that you'd like help in and how we're going to get there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree and then different types of training in the business field.
