I usually do my own work, but I don't know how to do stucco, so when my wife said "it's time to fix that stucco problem," I decided to hire a contractor. I was apprehensive because the last two stucco "artisans" who worked on this house were hacks, but I took a deep breath and looked for bids. When Tim showed up to look at the house, I knew within 10 minutes I was going to hire him. And my instincts were correct. Tim is the best contractor I have ever hired. He pays attention to detail, he takes pride in his work, and he doesn't charge enough for the kind of craftsmanship he delivers. Tim should double his prices and take half as many jobs. My advice: hire him QUICK before he does.
