Lousy communication. Responded to first message, then, instead of being an adult by saying something like, "I overbooked," "I don't like working on old house bc ..." or "I apologize, I don't have time," etc., he just became evasive. I finally let him off the hook. Total child.

absolute nonsense. just review the message stream and come to your own conclusion. We had an appointment for Wendesday morning. She asked for me not to come before 9am. at 9:18 she cancelled the appointment.
