I put a request in on thumbtack and got a call back in literal minutes! Nate, our tech, was very helpful explaining the process when he arrived. I think it was a lot of value for the money, and I feel good about having a year round service. I'm really glad to get service from a company that provides animal and people safe pest control and is so responsive.
I would give 0 stars if I could! Save your money for a better company or do it yourself! They had me pay for a package for external and internal services for fleas. When the day came for them to come out they only did the outside. IN NOVEMBER! The man told me that I only paid for external. I called customer service and they sent another man the next day. The original guy that I talked to told me that I can cancel the package at anytime because they would come back out in April, June and August. They have been trying to charge my card multiple times ever since. I called and asked them to cancel and they said that I couldn’t due to it being past 3 days. That’s not what the man told me. They said they would send me an invoice to pay AFTER investigating. I just woke up to them trying to charge my card for $325. This place is a scam. They are also very pushy for sales. They lie and talk in circles to make sales. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONWH!

Very Very nice individual. Samantha talked threw the hole process and was very knowledgeable about ants, spiders, bugs in general. With all this rain, we are going to definitely be fighting them off this summer. We also chose mosquito protection with our plan. Again, Samantha was super informative, talked about process and how it is safe.for children and pets. After all done, she recommended no kids, no pets, on the lawn for 90 minutes. I recommend Greenix if you're thinking about summer bugs! Very reasonable priced and it was set up for monthly payment for 1 year. Easy Easy Easy.Thanks again Samantha.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial service and 20-point inspection start the pest control process. There is typically an initial charge to clean up the issues, dust eves and get the property in a good place to begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are professionally trained, licensed, background checked and insured.
