- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing us very competitive to what other companies have to offer. Unlike the large companies who have big overhead and set pricing I can be flexible and fair so my clients aren't over paying..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always listen to what's important to whomever I'm working for. I listen to their needs and I come up with a plan to eradicate the problem at hand. I explain how the material I use works and set the expectation on what will happen and what my clients can expect. I truly expect that if I do one job for you - I'll be your pest control goto person for whenever you need help with pests!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the pest control industry for close to 10 years. I'm unique in the fact that I've worked many years in all areas of of pest control. By having that experience I specialize in commercial, residential, and multi-housing facilities. I've done lots and lots of the work people don't enjoy doing like roaches and bedbugs and I love eliminating them!
