- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My services are completely personalized therefore my individual sessions and packages are priced accordingly. Prices can range from $35/hr per person for group coaching or training up to $175/hr for business/corporate coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start with a new client whether it is Personal Training or Life & Business Coaching, I will get to know what the clients wants, needs and goals are to ensure we have rapport and the relationship it is a good match. I will then provide an assessment based on their goals and timeline to reach those goals. After the initial assessment they will receive a personalize proposal to reach their goals. After that we start on their transformational journey together with regular check-ins and progress tracking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was very fortunate during my physical training apprenticeship to help train high school, college and professional athletes who went on to play for the Minnesota Twins and Minnesota Vikings. I then went on to become a Certified Personal Trainer and today have 18 years of experience in youth training, one-on-one personal training, professional athlete training and group classes. My expertise is in corrective exercise and core training. I am a Certified Life Coach through The Meta Institute, I then went on to GWiz School of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology in England to become a Trainer of Life Coaches. I now have my own programning to certify future Life Coaches.
