Charles was awesome! He responded quickly to my ask, scheduled to come out for an estimate, arrived promptly, and communicated well. After we got his estimate, we scheduled a time to complete the job. He showed up on time, completed the work in a timely manner, and did an excellent job. First time Thumbtack user and had the best experience EVER! He did SUCH an amazing job fixing our fence which needed to have rotten posts replaced and a large tree limb cut down, also notched out a spot for another larger tree that had become a problem. He went above and beyond and fixed our gate as well as the gate latch which had a piece missing that he went ahead and replaced. We were also very surprised to find that he replaced the faulty valve on our spigot which had been a problem for a long time and we didn't know how to remove it!!! We were just blown away, such an incredible job!

I don’t have enough great things to say about Charles and the work he did! He repaired my 9 ft cedar fence by replacing several 12 foot wood posts, reattached my panels, and repaired other post bases to extend the life of my wood fence. He was responsive, courteous, professional, and did quality work. It’s clear he knows his business and understood what the issue with my fence was. He worked around my beloved garden which I appreciated so much! He even replaced my post finials and decorative hanging hardware for flower baskets back on to the new posts. I’ll definitely hire him again. Thanks!!
