Unit was running but would shut down by evening. Optimal came out, said they could do a fan replacement for a fourth the cost of a new unit, and the fan works perfect, house is nice and cool again. Well done

I had a furnace that was giving me issues all winter and my ac unit went out after the heat wave that hit MN. I called around multiple companies for pricing, dates/availability, repair times, and financing options and i decided to go with Optimal.Instead of those automated voices many other companies it's have, you can call/message directly to James, the owner of the company. Not only was he very transparent and knowledgeable on what the issue was, he also gave me multiple options for the type of units I could get and the best fit for my situation.I also appreciate the fact that James was very quick with servicng and replacing the units. It took two days from the initial call to james to my house having AC again.I would reccomend Optimal to anybody that's in or near the twin cities area. Great service and pricing, quick responses, transparent and very knowledgeable.
