My old furnace went out called James, and he was able to come check it the same day. Come to find out, I needed a new furnace. James was able to get a new furnace installed the next day! Highly recommend!

My furnace stopped working on 1/21/25, so I contacted James at Optimal Heating and Cooling. Over the phone, James expertly troubleshot the issue and guided me through potential solutions I could handle myself. Since Im fairly handy, I cleaned the flame sensor and got the furnace running again. However, a few hours later, the furnace stopped working and displayed a different error code. I reached out to James again, and he generously provided additional guidance free of charge. Based on the new error code, he suggested I clean the drain, which resolved the problem.The next day, James came out for a thorough inspection to ensure the furnace would operate smoothly for the rest of the winter. His expertise, professionalism, and fair pricing truly impressed me. I highly recommend James and Optimal Heating and Cooling for their exceptional service and dedication to their customers.
