Good day, We completed our work professionally and according to code. We're truly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied, and we would appreciate it if your review could reflect both sides of the situation. We installed the tiles following all proper guidelines. When you requested changes after the work was completed, we offered to make those adjustments at no extra cost. We also offered a reimbursement for the job. The subfloor was not included in our original scope of work, and we were not responsible for other construction tasks. However, we still did our best to address the issue and even offered to fix it at no additional charge. Regarding the toilet we investaged it and noon of our workers dis it . Still, we took care of the issue at no cost to you.
