- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a somewhat complicated pricing system, but that is only because I look at every element to every project in order to provide the best service possible. The client however is never involved in this, I give a detailed proposal about how long each stage of the project takes and how much it costs at each stage as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Software, technology and web design moves very fast. I am constantly learning about new tools and better ways to give clients my very best.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
During the economic downturn in early 2008, I was just starting as an in-house graphic designer. The company I worked with sadly went out of business. At this point I decided to have more control over my future and started working for myself!
