Hi! My name is Mitch, and I own and operate Reflective window washing. I am studying accounting at the University of Northwestern in St. Paul.

Mitch cleaned our windows. He gave the lowest quote/bid (about $80 less than the average) so I was a little leary to hire since there weren't many reviews. Checked on insurance and figured why not give the new guy a try thinking he is just starting his business, perhaps paying for college. The bid was for cleaning inside, outside and window screens for 56 window panes, $3 for each. The job was done well no complaints with the work rendered. When he arrived he told my husband that the bill would be double because we have double paned windows. This has never been an issue with other window cleaning companies. Technically he is right but how I see it regardless of how many panes you still have to wash the inside and the outside. Just be very clear when getting a quote/bid, it is the most I have ever paid to have our house windows cleaned!
