Introduction: Hi, I am Alla! I’ve been in business for 20 years for a reason. I love people and I enjoy what I do. I know seeing a new hairstylist can be scary. So I always tell my customers what I am going to do with their hair. And I start the work only after we get on the same page. Great experience with Alla. I could not get into my regular person and had wanted to change things up! Alla was great, she took her time, talked me through options and told me the truth which I appreciated! My hair damages easily but she used products that made my hair look and feel healthier than before it was colored! (Why doesn’t everyone do this?) great service and she took her time on me! I would highly recommend Alla!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In modern world it is easy. The brief consultation we can do over the phone or texting. If we need to be more specific, we can do FaceTime or free consultation in the salon. For the hair extensions I always recommend to do a free consultation in person. At that time I will show the hair colors available, evaluate a client hair texture, discuss the extension amount, length and price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Scot Lewis School of Cosmetology in 2003. After school I regularly take classes to develop and improve my skills to keep up with fashion. I specialize in blond, hair coloring, natural hair extensions, wig maintenance, hair straightening (keratin), crown Volumizer. I am certified in those services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
