Services offered:
* Some plumbing - iron pipe and sweat solder copper. Can install water softeners and hot water heaters and faucets. Some toilet repair.
* Some electrical - can install and/or repair light fixtures, switches and install ceiling fans. Can add outlet boxes.
I do some minor carpentry work and repair.
I leave the heavy stuff to experienced professionals.
