Elijah came to finish the work that the previous contractors had abandoned. In one day he completed the ductwork, installed a new furnace, and even cleaned up the mess left by the previous crew. He also showed up for the inspection to close the permit and brought me cookies. His English was not perfect, but during a break he sang the United States national anthem from memory without a single mistake. I never thought service could be this memorable.

I was very happy that they were able to send someone the same day. I anticipated that he would remove the shelf from the slider, but instead, he found a long stick and pulled the spice jar that had fallen out. I noted that something else was still there, and so he went back in and pulled out some crumpled paper. They charged $100.00. It wasn't what I expected, but it got the job done. The young man, Elijah, was very personable, and we had a nice conversation.

The guys from Home Pro Extra Service installed a new AC and furnace for me. As it turned out they are actually authorized Home Depot contractors. The price really surprised me compared to two other contractors it was about30% less for the same Rheem brand I wanted. They said the job would take one day, but they came back the next morning to finish everything. That didn’t bother me at all and I’m still happy to give them five stars. Thank you Elijah and Phillip!
