Jon was superb in every way. We ran into a major snag in that the large table he was putting together for me (new) had two major (unsuspected) defects that necessitated some creative problem-solving, which involved Jon tracking down some wire at a nearby dry cleaners to repair the fault-line. Unfortunately, after all of that, when all was said and done the table was not level and could be be leveled, due to it's design. Jon was good-natured about undoing all of the work so that I could return the table. John is bright and talented and a very interesting person, as well. I highly highly recommend him.
Jon moved an upper kitchen cabinet for me. Work was done quickly and his work was very professional. I would/will contact him again for future projects.

My prices are competitive to the going average prices for our area! If you find a cheaper rate then tell me! I want to beat that rate :)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand the details of what is wrong and the desired outcome through conversation. Negotiate a price for the service needed and a date that the service can be started and how long the service should last.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified luthier. So woodworking and detail are my forte! I am also fully insured!
