Introduction: During our session, we will spend time to focus on lifestyle, health and fitness. Each session will feature a class topic, warm-up, a skill session, a workout, cool down and a homework assignment. Our balanced recipe has been proven to work and get you the results you deserve!
The intention of each session is for it to be physically challenging yet enjoyable and fun. Typically, a session will start with a dynamic warm-up using various mobility exercises designed to get your blood pumping and pulse rate up!
The main body of the session will be comprised of combinations of strength and conditioning exercises employing body weight, kettlebells, pushing weighted sleds, medicine balls, plyoboxes, shuttle runs, band work, partner-assisted exercises and many more.
Exercises are performed for specific duration with short rest periods to allow you to change exercises and momentarily get your breath back! Each session finishes with a cool down and some static/developmental stretching.
