I did extensive research on a henna artist and Lisa seemed like a sure bet - turns out she exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to have her out again to do more work. Lisa is professional, great to get along with and extraordinarily talented.Apr 11, 2013VerifiedMehndi Made Memories's reply
Thank you so much, Lindsey!
Lisa was awesome. She showed up on-time, and did a beautiful job of my bridal henna creating a relaxed atmosphere with good humor and adaptability. I highly suggest that you specify whether you want bridal henna (mehndi) or a henna party for you and your guests (bridal party). They have different prices for good reason. Mehndi is an involved process that is well worth it, and Lisa's mehndi helped make my wedding very special to me and my family. Thanks Lisa!Apr 12, 2013VerifiedMehndi Made Memories's reply

She was wonderful, she went above and beyond with the kids henna, and my sister and mine. Recommend her to everyone.Dec 10, 2015Verified
Lovely artistic work; very fast and precise. Clean, safe products. Patient with large group of noisy women. Lisa herself is a pleasure; she's someone I'd want to have coffee with! Thank you for making our night-in a bit more special.Mar 27, 2015Verified
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, I attend at least 6 conferences or gatherings of henna artists per year, where we refine our art, share best practices, and test henna powders and essential oils. In addition, I preview work of top henna artists all over the world daily, and practice hours every week to be top notch at what I do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I take part in wedding celebrations, doing mehndi for the bride and her special ladies, as well as for guests at the Night of Mehndi. I bring henna to parties and events of all kinds, big and small. I decorate the belly, hands, and/or feet of the expectant Mom and her support network at very special baby showers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Make sure the artist uses only 100% natural ingredients, and it's best if they mix their own paste. Avoid any artist who can't tell you what exactly is in their paste, or who uses "black henna" as it is very unsafe!
