I am very detailed and use all the latest equipment and training to do the best job I can to get a full understanding of your house and how it is functioning. My inspection focuses on the interaction of all the components in your home. In most cases one problem leads to another. You will also receive a detailed report of all the defects, safety concerns, and deferred maintenance with pictures illustrating these problems. Every house tells a story, I am there to find out what it is and I love it. I should have been a detective.

Pete assisted us with a pre-purchase inspection of our 2nd home purchase. He walked us through the home in about an hour pointing out his findings, both good and bad. With his knowledge of the details of the home, you'd swear that he had been there for days. Not only did Pete answer all of our questions, he provided us with important information that we would not have thought to ask. I wish I knew of Eagle Home Inspections years ago when we purchased our first home!

Great service! Very flexible with timing. I called and within an hour they had a radon tester at the property we were purchasing. Very informative and professional home inspection. I'm glad I went with Eagle Home Inspections when we were purchasing our home and will use again in the future.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Minnesota does not require licensing or certification for home inspectors, the best we can do is get certified. Our certification requires many hours of continuing education each year. You need to verify your home inspector is certified through ASHI, NAHI, or InterNACHI.
