Ask about experience and not just about price. Are you experienced in items such as heating, AC and other mechanicals. How about structural ? or how about electrical? Pools and hot tubs? Energy issues? Moisture intrusion, mold, radon, or even can I walk along with you to learn my new home and see potential problems as you see them and will I get a complete report upon completion?
