I have a standard rate of $85.00, this amount covers 3 hours. Additional hours are negotiable based on your cleaning or organizing needs.

We take care to provide our customers high-quality services personalized for their unique needs. We want our clients to be completely satisfied and we appreciate any feedback to make our business be the best it can be.
We are professional, courteous and efficient. Thorough cleaning of your home or business; cleaning products can be supplied or if you have special cleaning products you can provide . Our cleaning services generally require a total deep clean for our first visit, dust from top to bottom, hand scrub all floors, vacuum, and bathroom disinfecting including tubs, showers, toilet and vanity sink.
Our house clean-out includes sorting and organizing, recommending items to be recycled or sold and arranging any large items to be removed. I will bag all garbage and set out for your regular garbage collection. I do not remove garbage from your location.
If you have items you would like to donate I can arrange that service for you at no additional charge as well as assist in the sale of any items.

After we closed on our 3,822 square foot home Cindi and her helper swooped in and cleaned all four bathrooms, the kitchen appliances, the inside of every cupboard and all the shelving in the entire house. We were so grateful that they agreed to begin at 5pm and they didn't stop until 8pm. It was a relief to know we could show up with the movers the next morning and begin putting away our belongings. I really did not feel like cleaning after I had kept our prior home spotless for all the showings. THANKS CINDI!
