We run a 310 unit Apartment building in Minnesota. Each month we have about 15 apartment units requiring a twenty-four-hour turn from old resident to new resident. MF Courtesy Service is very reliable and understands the time constraint we are under. They always gets the job done and takes pride in knowing the new resident will be moving into a sparkly clean apartment. I had a new resident come into our office to tell us that this was the cleanest apartment she has ever moved into. I highly recommend MF Courtesy Services

I really appreciate this couple. They came in early for the cleaning of my apartment and office space. I asked for a regular cleaning but they went the extra mile and spot cleaned the whole place. They work like a real team, very friendly, patient, hard working, attention to details, and everything was done on time.
