Professional and trustworthy! These folks do great work, are always prompt and courteous, and frankly we couldn't be more pleased with their service. Our family highly recommends them.

They are very prompt and professional. They listened to my preferences and have had no issues with them not complying with my wishes. No cleaning company is perfect is getting every little speck of dust or furball, but this one comes pretty close! I especially love the job they did on cleaning my bathroom, which was covered in soap scum...and now I have a white tub! Thank you so much for using green products, which ensure my family and pets are safe.

Their concept is great...cleaning with green products. CLEAN being the key word. Unfortunately, my home is not clean. Things specifically asked to have done and on the cleaning checklist were not completed. Cobwebs on light fixtures...obviously not cleaned. Tub and shower filthy. Soap scum left. So disappointed. I paid a lot of money only to have to do it myself after they left. I sincerely hope they can make their concept work.

We cleaned the home of Julie C. 2 times: one initial deep clean on December 16th and a regular cleaning yesterday December 29th. The cleaners completed items on the checklist and the manager Dawn walked through with Julie to double check everything. She even sent a positive response through Square (our payment venue): "Very happy with how clean my house looks and smells! Thank you!" Over the course of the next 2 weeks we received emails of items that needed extra attention. We take our client feedback very seriously and made an updated checklist for the second cleaning and Dawn walked through again to make sure what items would need extra care and add to the checklist. We are a small company, and while we do not claim to never make a mistake, we do listen to our clients and communicate with them to make sure their cleaning experience is to their satisfaction. However we understand that everybody needs to find the right cleaning company to fit their needs and we wish Julie C. the best! We have refunded her the payment for yesterday's cleaning.
