Hired on Thumbtack
Unfortunately, I'm unable to review based on the job. After rescheduling twice due to both of us being sick and having sick kids I was expecting cleaning at 1 today. No call, no show, no responses to messages on thumbtack or a voicemail. She had previously been very responsive. Now I have to hire someone quickly before a party at our house on Sunday. I hope everything is okay.

After our 2nd visit North Metro Maids didn't come back and there has been no communication she was quitting after multiple attempts to reach out. Disappointed in the communication and professionalism of discontinued service. I hope there are no personal circumstances driving her not returning with no notice. Otherwise I am very disappointed.

We hired North Metro Maids and they came 2 out of the 4 times we had them employed. The last time they were scheduled, she didn't even show up and gave us no communication on why. We still haven't ever heard back.
