- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to do a walk through with bigger properties and then give a estimate because hourly with bigger properties doesn't give a justifiable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a walk through first to see what services they want so I can note the important things they need done specific to them. then I am able to meet them face to face people feel better about opening their homes up to people they can put a face to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
none really just great customer service skills use to be in the hospitality industry for years so those skills definitely helped me.
