Bonnie was amazing. She was very easy to get along with and helped me so much. She was available for all my concerns and understanding with busy schedules. Bonnie is a little hidden GEM. She pulled up my apartment floor plan in advance so she already knew the measurements and dimensions. She flawlessly walked through and gave me suggestions on each space with color of paint, furniture, accessories, and spacial arrangements that were spot on. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a two hour minimum for consultations, which can then be applied towards hours if the project will be ongoing.
I also work on a flat fee, depending on the project.
I accept cash or check only.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client, view the spaces and talk with them about how they want their space to "feel" and function.
After that I form a "plan of action" and go from there. My job is to present two or three options for each need and to show how they would work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always looking at new products and new ideas.
I spent many years on high end showroom floors before starting my own business.
